Gender Affirming Care aims to align an individual with their identity. For some that includes incorporating hormone therapies. At initial encounter I like to gather information to help my patients decided on a plan of care. If hormone therapy is something you are seeking, we will discuss expected outcomes, side effects and complete an informed consent form. I also provide gender affirming letters and surgical referrals as desired.
